The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the specifications contained herein is most advantageous to the District, price and other factors considered. It is anticipated the selected Proposer approved as a result of this RFP will be awarded a one-y ear agreement subject to the approval of the Newark Central School District Board of Education, with annual renewal rights for the School District.
