District Painting Bid - 2024-2025

Bids will be received until 3:00PM on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at which time and place they will be opened. Bids will be accepted at the Business Office, 100 East Miller Street, Newark, NY 14513.

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting and Walkthrough on Tuesday, February, 25, 2025 at 7:00AM. Said meeting will start at the Newark High School Main Lobby, 625 Peirson Avenue, Newark, NY 14513. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. This will be the only opportunity to view the site

The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The School District also reserves the right to award bids by total, group or individual items, whichever is in the best interest of the School District. Bid forms and specifications are available at the Business Office, 100 East Miller Street, Newark, NY 14513 from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday during days school is in session.
