Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) offers residents the opportunity to request copies of district documents and records. Residents interested in obtaining particular documents should submit their request in writing to Records Access Officer at the Newark District Office, 100 East Miller Street, Newark, NY 14513 or by email at kelly.jorgensen@newarkcsd.org

Requests should include the specific items being requested and the format in which they are desired. Please note there may be a copying charge for hard copy documents and some records may be withheld for personal privacy and other reasons.
