The Day of Caring Event is happening on 4/5 and here are some important updates about the services that will be available that day. Please share!
On Friday, April 5th, 2024, Wayne County Community Schools is partnering with over 20 service organizations to bring health and wellness services to our Wayne County residents. Please see the flyer below which describes some of the services and offerings for the day. We ask that you please share this flyer with those you serve!
On Friday, April 5th, 2024, Eastman Dental will be on hand with 3 dentists and 1 Professor of Dentistry. People of all ages can receive this service- and anyone with follow-up dental needs will be given priority scheduling with Eastman.
The Optimal Health Team of Wayne County Community Schools will offer FREE Spot Screening and Local Eye Care resource lists for all ages. *
AND Flaum will be providing full eye exams and eyeglasses to children & youth under 18 on Monday May
6th from 8am-3pm, again at the Lyons Community Center. If you know of children in need of professional vision care, please send /give families the consent form (Word doc) as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. Families are welcome to visit us on April 5th to get the Spot Screening and to sign the consent in-person.
