Baseball - Class Homecoming T-shirts for September and October

Circus - January 19th @ 3:00 PM

Chicken BBQ March 30th @ the Legion from 11:00 AM -2:00 PM

Volleyball - Car wash - October 5th

Dig pink October 26th

Golf - Selling Save-a-round discount books throughout the Fall season

Football - Selling the discount cards throughout the Fall Season

Music Fundraisers

Music Boosters - Annual pie sale from 9/27/24 - 10/11/24. The Delivery Date is November 5th.

District Fundraisers

Senior Class - Selling mums and umbrellas through September 25th

Lincoln School PTA - Coffee Sale through September 27th. Pick up on October 23rd.

Newark Reds Scholarship - October 18th - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Location: *Tentative* Lower Staff Parking Lot

Rules:

1. Advisor, Head Coach or Booster representative identifies fundraising event.

2. Consult district fundraising calendar.

3. Contact vendor.

4. Verify dates, vendor, type, etc and send link, flyer, dates, etc. to Becky Hauf to place on calendar and fundraising website.

5. Athletic fundraisers should be within the season timeframe (roughly within the 3-4 month season) or with special permission out of season.

6. Academic, PTA, Class, etc fundraisers should be limited to 3 per year.

7. Send a list of vendors, past and present, to Becky Hauf .    A file will be compiled listing successful and unsuccessful fundraisers that will be available upon request.

8. The district may not support any groups or fundraisers that fail to comply with the above guidelines.
