Sports Fundraisers

Baseball - Circus - January 19th @ 3:00 PM

Chicken BBQ March 30th @ the Legion from 11:00 AM -2:00 PM

Cross Country - Can & Bottle Collection - there is a bin at Joey's Northside maintained by the Cross Country Boosters.  We also have an account at EZ Bottle & Can Center in Newark (1167 E. Union St. #8 - across from Colburn Park) for drop-off. 

Varsity Boys Soccer - Superbowl Squares: January 15th - February 9th. Contact Michael Palmer for more information.

Music Fundraisers

District Fundraisers

Senior Class of 2025 - Wilson Beef Stick sale: January 13th - January 27th

High School Student Council - Carnation Sale for Valentines Day: January 27th - February 12nd

Enviornmental Club - Collecting bottles and cans in classrooms all year long. They will bring the cans to the Can and Bottle return in Newark.

Rules:

1. Advisor, Head Coach or Booster representative identifies fundraising event.

2. Consult district fundraising calendar.

3. Contact vendor.

4. Verify dates, vendor, type, etc and send link, flyer, dates, etc. to Becky Hauf to place on calendar and fundraising website.

5. Athletic fundraisers should be within the season timeframe (roughly within the 3-4 month season) or with special permission out of season.

6. Academic, PTA, Class, etc fundraisers should be limited to 3 per year.

7. Send a list of vendors, past and present, to Becky Hauf .    A file will be compiled listing successful and unsuccessful fundraisers that will be available upon request.

8. The district may not support any groups or fundraisers that fail to comply with the above guidelines.
